The race route takes participants through the Chenab River stretches, the historic Akhnoor sector, views of the Trikuta Hills and Vaishno Devi range, the Jammu city skyline, and key border-region highways, offering a unique experience that blends endurance, tourism, and national pride.
More than a race, it is a celebration of endurance, the unwavering spirit of the Border Security Force, the vibrant culture of Jammu, and the enduring bond between India's border communities and the rest of the nation.
Race categories include 60 KM Ultra Marathon, 42 KM Marathon, 21 KM Half Marathon, 10 KM Road Run and 5 KM Fun Run. Eligibility, cut-offs and registration fees will be shared by the organisers.
The 60 KM Ultra Run is for experienced endurance runners and requires previous marathon or longer-distance completion.
The 42 KM Marathon is for trained runners and requires previous 21K or longer timed race completion.
The 21 KM Half Marathon is for trained runners and requires previous 10K or longer timed race completion.
The 10 KM Road Run is for regular runners, fitness groups and community participants.
The 5 KM Fun Run is a participation-focused category for community, families, youth groups and first-time runners.
Age eligibility, entry fees, qualification criteria and cut-off timings have been updated as per the Jammu rules document.
Prize money structure/categories will be shared in due course; finisher medals and e-certificates will be provided to all official finishers.
